Marketplace & Service Liability
Pikix is a technology platform, not a retailer, vehicle dealer, or restaurant. We are not a party to the transactions between Buyers and Vendors. We do not inspect vehicles nor verify the quality of food. All transactions are at the User's sole risk.
Infrastructure & Security
We utilize industry-leading cloud infrastructure provided by Google Cloud Platform to host our Service. While we implement standard security measures, you acknowledge that no transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We are not liable for breaches attributed to the failure of third-party infrastructure providers.
